Chris is a solicitor who commenced practice with Wilkinson Throsby & Edwards in 2010 and became a partner in 2013. Chris is a Principal of the practice.
Chris practices extensively in:
Wills and Estate planning
Family provision and disputed estates
Probate and Estate administration
Commercial law (such as leases, mortgages, sale and purchase of business)
Property law and conveyancing
Elder Law (such as powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian and retirement village legislation).
Chris was first admitted to practice in England & Wales (2004) before dual qualifying to practice in New South Wales (2010).
Chris is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a former member of the STEP NSW Branch Committee and former Chair of the STEP Australia Membership Sub-committee.
Sarah Young, LL.B (Hons)
Principal
Sarah is a solicitor who commenced practice in 2004 and joined Wilkinson Throsby & Edwards in 2020. Sarah is a Principal of the practice.
Sarah practices extensively in:
Property law and conveyancing (including subdivision and development work)
Retail and Commercial leasing
Commercial law (including the sale and purchase of business)
Wills and Estate planning
Elder Law (such as powers of attorney, appointments of enduring guardian and retirement village legislation)
Probate and Estate administration.
Sarah was first admitted to practice in England & Wales (2004) before dual qualifying to practice in New South Wales (2010).
Consultant
Brian is a solicitor who commenced practice with Wilkinson Throsby & Edwards in 1980 and became a partner in 1984.
After over 40 years in legal practice, Brian retired in August 2023
